This policy explains order cancellations on the StoresWiki Shop marketplace operated by StoresWiki LLC.

1. Before processing

You may cancel an order before the vendor has processed or shipped it, at no charge, from your order history.

2. After processing/shipping

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may instead use our Return and Refund policies.

3. Cancellations by us or a vendor

An order may be cancelled due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.
